Brading Roman Villa

Saturday 19th October, from 10am - 4pm, Apple Day at Brading Roman Villa.

This day promises a wide range of activities to entertain and educate all age groups including: arts and crafts, living history and apple pressing.

We will have a traditional apple press on the front lawn of the villa. Grazed Knee Cider will demonstrate turning apples into juice and describe how to transform the juice into delicious homemade cider. Visitors are also welcome to bring their own apples for pressing.

We will have living history demonstrations, providing visitors with the opportunity to learn about their craft and purchase their creations.

Visitors will also have the opportunity to explore the free Autumn Nature Trail which runs until the end of November. The Forum Cafe will be open for visitors serving lunch, home made cakes and refreshments.

The museum will be open from 10am and the last entry will be 3pm with normal admission prices.
